CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS WEIGHT % BY WEIGHT
SUGAR 6 lb 21.19
UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE 2 lb 21.19
SWEET CREAM 2 c 11.26
WARMED BUTTER 4-5 oz 3.31
VANILLA 3-4 Tbl 0.66

 

PROCEDURE:

                          STEP 1: GRATE THE CHOCOLATE AND ADD TO THE SUGAR

                          STEP 2: MIX THOROUGHLY

                          STEP 3: ADD THE SWEET CREAM AND BEAT UNTIL A SMOOTH PASTE IS REACHED

                          STEP 4: CONTINUE BEATING AND ADD THE WARMED BUTTER
