CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE

| SUGAR | 6 lb | 21.19 |
| UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE | 2 lb | 21.19 |
| SWEET CREAM | 2 c | 11.26 |
| WARMED BUTTER | 4-5 oz | 3.31 |
| VANILLA | 3-4 Tbl | 0.66 |
PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: GRATE THE CHOCOLATE AND ADD TO THE SUGAR
STEP 2: MIX THOROUGHLY
STEP 3: ADD THE SWEET CREAM AND BEAT UNTIL A SMOOTH PASTE IS REACHED
STEP 4: CONTINUE BEATING AND ADD THE WARMED BUTTER
STEP 6: AFTER 2 HOURS, INCREASE THE TEMPERATURE AND BOIL FAST FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT REACHES "THE BALL"
STEP 7: THEN, ADD THE VANILLA AND POUR ON A GREASED PAN
STEP 8: WHILE IT IS STILL SOFT, MARK INTO SQUARES
