  • "COBBLER SENSATIONS" - a hand-held desser product consisting of ice cream, fruit and a crumb toppings developed by students from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville

 

  • "COFFE CAPS" - is being offered by University of Illinois students.  It is a frozen dessert that froths when added to coffer and would be the first frozen dairy creamer that might be offered to the market.

 

  • "BROWNIE SWIRLS" - puts together dough and browing together "cinnamon roll style", with additional chocolate chips.  This entry by the University of Minnesota team are ready for the oven and topped with a vanila glaze.

 

  • " CHOMP"--The University of Wisconsin's entry is a blend of puffed corn, whole grain rolled oats and freeze dried blueberies and raspberrie held together with a binder made from milk.

 

  • "WHEY CRUNCHERS" - an extruded product made with why protein and cornstarch which is a high protein, low carbohydrate snack targeted for wieght lifters and body-buliders.  Developed by a team from the University of Utah.

 

  • "BANANA-CUSTARD DELIGHTS" are frozen chocolate-covered banana slices embedded in vanilla custard. Packaged two per container, the treats provide about two-three mouthfuls each.
