Tuesday May 1 11 Debate 2 and quiz about this proposition:  The legal drinking age of 21 years should be abolished and replaced by strict enforcement of laws governing criminal consequences when intoxicated.

1. Discuss laws overseeing manufacture of beer, wine and distilled spirits.

Thurs May 24 18 Debate 4 and quiz.  This final debate is a fill-in:  A blood alcohol level of ___ should be used as the national definition of legally drunk.  Pro:  argue for numbers <0.08.  Con: argue for the current 0.08 or higher.  Your debate group should reach consensus on a single number.  If you can not reach a consensus, report cogent reasons why not.
