SHORT TERM
Short term problems and current, real industry problems for which the company is search for solutions. After being given the statement of the problem, the students have one week in which to develop questions to ask the company representative that they feel are essential to obtain a solutions. The answers to the questions are due the following week. Any resource may be used, except another team. Short term problems Long term problems are also real, current problems which will require a longer time for solution and also will need "hands-on" laboratory or pilot plant work to develop a solutions. A company liaison representative will be available to provide assistance.
