Text Box: The students of the Department of Food Science and Technology graduate seminar class would like to welcome you to this year’s colloquium, “Exploring Food Science”. The program consists of a 4 hour session from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on both the 23rd and 24th of May. Please feel free to enter and exit between speakers. This year, students’ technical posters are displayed on the 1st floor of the Parker Food Science Building (adjacent to Animal Sciences South) throughout the Colloquium. Please help yourself to any of the available refreshments, they will be available for the duration of the presentations.
